Emergencies are dealt with promptly

Registered patients are requested to ring early to allow us to try and see you the same day if necessary as we keep emergency appointments free. However it is not possible to keep appointments free at the start and the end of the day: they are kept mid morning and mid afternoon.

The surgery operates an out of hours emergency service through NHS direct on evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The surgery answering machine contains all details necessary to access this service if necessary.
